10/10 Trustworthiness

I pulled up a mattress that was directly on my basement floor to find it mildewy and very wet. After looking around found a water damaged spot in my closet, so I called Dan. He could have sold me a bunch of exploratory and mitigation services, given my knowledge of things, and he didnt. He used a moisture meter and found everything dry. He mentioned that this isnt unexpected from basement floors, and I have a fan in that room that may be letting in cold air causing condensation that my mattress could have sucked up.

 

He didnt even charge me for his expertise and time, which I think would have been entirely fair.

 

10/10 for trustworthiness. Knock on wood I'll never need his services, but if I do, I'll call him first.
